Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and quality of service to customer satisfaction cafetaria Kiki SMPN 29 Surabaya.

This research method using a quantitative approach, while the population in this study is the Consumer canteen Kiki SMPN 29 Surabaya. Samples were taken 80 respondents and methods of sampling using sampling techniques. The scale of measurement using a Likert scale, and data analysis using simple linear regression and multiple regression test by SPSS 20.00.

The results showed Quality Products has an influence on consumer satisfaction, while. prices have an impact on consumer satisfaction, from hypothesis testing using - t and Quality of Service has an influence on consumer satisfaction.
