Abstract

We offer automated text classification in text mining in this chapter, which is becoming more relevant in numerous fields every day. Text mining is primarily concerned with the development of text classification systems capable of autonomously classifying large volumes of unstructured and semi structured data. The retrieval, categorization, and summarising processes make it easier for the user to retrieve information. The discovery of the ideal text classifier, feature generator, and distinct dominant technique of feature selection, which led all previous research, has piqued the interest of researchers from fields as diverse as information retrieval, machine learning, and algorithm theory. Techniques like Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Mining are combined to automatically identify and uncover patterns from many sorts of materials [1].We review various effective feature selection studies in this paper and present the results in a table format.
