Abstract

This chapter deals with “FOOD CONTAMINATED BY ITS ADDITIVES”; accordingly, will introduce about Food additives play a big role in food processing because they have created many products that are suitable for the preferences and tastes of consumers, retain the integrity of the quality of the food until it is used. the ease of production, food processing and increase the attractive commercial value in the market, prolonging the shelf life of food. And than Food processing and business establishments in our country mostly produce traditional products on a small scale, individually, or in households, so the use of food additives is difficult to control.
