Abstract

Mandibular fractures are common injuries in maxillofacial trauma. They are often associated with severe, life-threatening injuries. There is no consensus on their management. This difficulty and the inadequacy of the technical platform in certain developing countries further complicate the management of these injuries. It is in this context that we conducted this single center, retrospective and descriptive study to describe the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of mandibular fractures in a hospital with limited resources in Togo.
